1. Customer inquiry ‌

Method 1 : Browse the product catalogue of Hareon Bio and submit the inquiry form online (with product links or models attached).

Method 2 ‌: Send an email directly to ‌helenhouhr@foxmail. com, specifying the product name, specification and quantity.

Response time ‌: Our sales team will provide a preliminary quotation and product details within 24 hours (working days).

2. Order confirmation ‌

Key clause ‌ :

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) ‌: customized by product type. Some products support small-batch trial orders.

Cost and packaging ‌: A stepped quotation is provided. The packaging plan includes standard export boxes and customization options (such as brand LOGO printing).

Payment terms : multiple methods such as T/T, L/C are supported. The specific terms will be negotiated and confirmed by the sales representative with you.

Confirmation process ‌: after both parties sign the purchase order (PO), the order officially takes effect.

3. Product manufacturing ‌

Production scheduling ‌: Production will commence within 30 to 45 working days based on order priority and inventory status.

Custom service ‌: supports OEM/ODM requirements, including product design, function adjustment and packaging customization.

Progress update ‌: Provide weekly production progress reports to ensure transparency.

4. Quality control ‌

Inspection standard ‌: Strictly follow the ISO 13485 quality management system and carry out full inspection or sampling inspection (depending on the product risk level).

Inspection items ‌: appearance, function, safety and packaging integrity.

Certificate of conformity ‌: quality inspection report (such as COA) shall be provided with the goods.
